As we use a print-on-demand model powered by our fulfillment partner Gelato, your items are created specifically for you after you place an order. This approach allows for faster, more sustainable local production and delivery.

Order Processing & Production Time
Each item is uniquely printed and prepared for shipment after your order is placed. The average production time is typically 1-2 business days.

Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing high demand, production may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if we anticipate any significant delays.

Estimated Delivery Time: Varies by destination, as production occurs in the hub closest to you. Generally, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery after your order has been produced and shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once production is complete and your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within [Number, e.g., 24] hours of receipt.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Gelato's global network means most orders are produced locally, which helps to mitigate customs and duty hassles in many regions.

For orders shipped within the European Union, UK, Norway, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, delivery is typically handled with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning no additional customs fees should be incurred by you, the customer.
